- [Create an image](https://docs.orvado.dev/api-reference/create-image.md): Generates an image from a prompt. The call is synchronous: Nano Banana usually takes 10 to 60 seconds, GPT Image 2.5 about 30 to 70 seconds. Set your client timeout to at least 180 seconds; 600 is safest.
- [Create a video job](https://docs.orvado.dev/api-reference/create-video-job.md): Starts a Seedance video job and returns at once with status 202. Poll GET /v1/async/videos/{id} for the result. Send an Idempotency-Key so a retry reattaches to the same job instead of starting a second paid one.
- [Get a video job](https://docs.orvado.dev/api-reference/get-video-job.md): Returns the job status. When status is completed, result.videos[0].url holds the MP4. Links stay available for at least 24 hours.
- [Create a video and wait](https://docs.orvado.dev/api-reference/create-video-sync.md): Same body as the async endpoint, but waits up to 120 seconds for the video. Use the async endpoint for production. If the video is not ready in time, returns 504 with error.task_id; poll that job or repeat the call with the same Idempotency-Key.

- [Get request cost](https://docs.orvado.dev/api-reference/request-cost.md): Returns the charge for one request. Take the ID from the `X-Oneapi-Request-Id` response header. No key needed.
