# Welcome to Orvado

> One OpenAI-compatible API for GPT Image 2.5, Nano Banana and Seedance video

Orvado gives your product image and video models through one key and one endpoint. Your code already works with it if it speaks the OpenAI API: change the base URL and the key.

```text Base URL theme={null}
https://orvado.dev/v1
```

> **[Make your first image](/quickstart)**
>
> Create a key and send a request in about five minutes

> **[Images API](/images)**
>
> Generations, sizes and timeouts

> **[Video API](/videos)**
>
> Seedance 2.5 and 2.0, async jobs with safe retries

> **[Models and pricing](/models-and-pricing)**
>
> Flat price per image, per second for video

## How it works

* **OpenAI-compatible.** Use the official OpenAI SDKs or plain HTTP. Endpoints, bodies and responses follow the OpenAI format.
* **Prepaid balance in USD.** Your manager tops up the account after payment. Each image is charged once, at the catalog price.
* **Failed images are free.** If the model refuses or the job fails, you are not charged.
* **Images in one call.** One request returns the finished image. Video runs as a job you poll.

> Orvado is a B2B service. Your account comes from your Orvado manager. If you do not have one yet, ask your manager to create it.
